We'll take all of your answers from our detailed Questionnaire and create the foundation on which we'll use as our blueprint to plan your wedding- a.k.a. your initial budget and design presentation!

After you've completed your questionnaire, you'll schedule your kickoff meeting with us. We'll take all the details you've provided, the priorities you've listed, hopes and dreams to create your initial presentation.
We'll discuss your two budgets (the ideal, and the realistic), and review a preliminary design. This meeting is typically about 2 hours long, and scheduled at RWE HQ!

The match-making begins! Once your design and budget presentation are approved, our next step is to start building your wedding-day team.
We have an extensive repertoire of industry creatives we know and love, and thankfully that know and love us! Knowing what we do about your taste, style, budget, and personalities, we tailor these vendor recommendations to you specifically, and present you with the people we know will serve you best.

Time to start tying it all together in a pretty little bow. We'll have already begun your timeline and layout, but now is when we start to really hone in on the final details
As your RSVPs roll in and your guest count comes to form, we manage all vendor details, times, deliveries, quantities, production schedules, etc. Any final touches we need to wrap up on your design are happening now, and we're making final detail decisions to execute your big day!
One month from the wedding, we'll also host your final details meeting where we talk contingencies, ceremony, and all the little things people tend to forget.

The day we've all been waiting for, finally arrives! Not only will your mind be blown when you see the design come together, you're going to love how seamlessly your day goes by.
You'll also receive a curated itinerary to share with your inner circle, so everyone knows where to be and when on wedding day!
It's very common for our clients to not need us the week of the wedding, so don't be alarmed when nothing goes wrong! It's completely normal to cruise & enjoy your wedding week, & not have to lift a finger.
After that, all that's left is for you to enjoy wedded bliss!

In simple terms:
Creative Retainer = my brain fee
Planning & Management = proportionate to my efforts in managing your day
The initial retainer acts as a commitment toeach other and is my cost for a project to exist on my calendar, & access to my skillset. The planning and management fee is directly tied to the project itself which will inevitably vary in scope and scale

In order to ensure every one of our clients receives the focus they deserve, we try to limit each lead to about one wedding Every 3 weeks
we evaluate our schedule each season and scope of work to ensure no one is stretched too thin.
